Weekly Updates

July 29, 2024 – August 2, 2024

• Watermain and storm sewer installation will continue working west on Fremont Lane.
• Temporary water is being set up on Pine Street, Terrace Drive and Oak Street, so that the contractor is prepared to move into the next phases of the project.
• Sanitary sewer forcemain construction on Pine Street and Terrace Drive may start late in the week, but more likely will start the following week.

July 22, 2024 – July 26, 2024

• The focus this week will be on watermain installation, picking up from the first stage of installation at 12167 Fremont Lane and working west from there.
• Underground utility installation is complete on the first phase of the project on the east end of Fremont Lane and work to reestablish the roadway will get underway.
• We are communicating with the garbage haulers to make sure everyone’s trash is getting picked up.

July 15, 2024 – July 19,2024

• Installation of storm sewer on the east end of Fremont Lane.
• Installation of watermain services and curb stops where the new watermain has been installed.
• Reclaiming of the existing bituminous pavement on the rest of Fremont Lane as well as on Terrace Drive, Oak Street, Pine Street and Hillside Drive.
• Lining of the existing sanitary sewer on Terrace Drive and a portion of Fremont Lane.
