- End of March 2023 – Project bid date
- April 2023 – Contract anticipated to be awarded
- Spring 2023 – Begin construction
- Phase 1: Mid May – Mid June
- Phase 2: June – July
- Phase 3: July – August
- September 2023 – Complete construction
- September 2023 – Council sets assessment hearing date
- October 2023 – Council holds assessment hearing
