Now that Spring has arrived, Holtmeier Construction will be back onsite performing punchlist items along the project. This punchlist work will have minimal impact to residents. Please be mindful and watch out for construction equipment and crew members. Once punchlist items have been completed the final layer of bituminous will be placed. We will provide an email update once we know when paving will occur.

Some concrete curb spot repairs will be performed on 11th Street from Ramsey Street to Rice Street. This work is scheduled for the week of May 12th, weather permitting. Curb repairs are marked out with pink paint.

Sod was placed dormant last fall. There are also some spots where seed will be placed. These locations are further off from the road, where maintenance becomes more difficult. Seeded areas will be accepted when the area is around 70% covered.
