Due to the weather experienced earlier in the week, and the Holiday, pavement removals of Phase 2 have been pushed back to next week. It is anticipated that pavement removals along Rice Street from 5^th Street to 2^nd Street will begin on Monday, July 8^th. Underground construction in Phase 2 will begin shortly after. A separate grading crew will also be in town restoring Rice Street from 7^th Street to 5^th Street.
