Stenberg Addition and 14th Street Mill and Overlay Improvements
Project Overview
The City of International Falls is improving:
- 14th Street
- 16th Street
- 17th Street
- 18th Street
- 15th Avenue
- 13th Avenue
These roads are proposed for mill and overlay work, which is the least invasive and time-consuming process of repaving roads. Only the top layer of pavement is replaced to provide a new surface for vehicles to drive on.

- Finished striping the parking lots and installing parking signs.
Upcoming work
- Finish miscellaneous concrete driveway aprons, sidewalk and curb & gutter areas on City list.
