Stenberg Addition and 14th Street Mill and Overlay Improvements
Project Overview
The City of International Falls is improving:
- 14th Street
- 16th Street
- 17th Street
- 18th Street
- 15th Avenue
- 13th Avenue
These roads are proposed for mill and overlay work, which is the least invasive and time-consuming process of repaving roads. Only the top layer of pavement is replaced to provide a new surface for vehicles to drive on.

Work Completed This Week
- Sidewalk and curb replacement at Myers Glass, Church of St Thomas, Riverside Drive and 10th Avenue has been completed.
- Curb replacement at Park Avenue and Riverview Boulevard, valley gutter replacement at 15th Street and 14th Avenue has been completed.
Work Planned Next Week
- Concrete curb replacement at 15th Street and 15th Avenue has been prepped for pouring sometime next week.
- Concrete sidewalk replacement at 616 and 620 7th Avenue has been prepped for pouring next week.
