Project Updates – Oct. 14, 2025

Completed work this past week

• Graded the roads in preparation for paving.
• Expanded the Martindale Street cul-de-sac.
• Paved the first layer of road pavement and curb on Henning Circle and Hickory Lane today, Oct. 14.

Upcoming work

• Due to the rain, paving on Martindale Street is tentatively rescheduled for tomorrow, Oct. 15, weather permitting.
  • Please drive cautiously through the area during this work; a number of trucks will be driving in and out of the project site.
  • There will only be one lane of access at a time to protect the newly installed pavement. Access should generally be maintained during this process, but there may short delays while work occurs in front of your driveway.
• Final storm sewer work will be completed later this week or next week.
• Restoration work is tentatively scheduled for later this week and next week.
• Final paving will be scheduled after restoration work is completed.
• To facilitate construction, some resident mailboxes may need to be temporarily removed. Property owners will be notified in advance if this is necessary.
