Week of August 18, 2025
59th Street Court N (Prairie Hamlet): The contractor will be tolerancing in preparation for base lift paving as well as backfilling curb with black dirt from Wednesday, August 20 to Thursday, August 21. The contractor will be paving on Saturday, August 23. A notice will be handed out with information regarding paving operations.
Irish Ct: The contractor is preparing for the second and final layer of paving. The final layer of paving will occur after Labor Day and notification will be sent out once a definitive date is established.
Teal Pass Estates: The contractor will be tolerancing in preparation for base lift paving as well as backfilling curb with black dirt from Tuesday, August 19 to Thursday, August 21. The contractor will be paving on Saturday, August 23. A notice will be handed out with information regarding paving operations.
55th/57th/Julep and 55th St N (Lake Elmo Vista): Construction is proposed to start Thursday, August 21 with full depth reclamation. Storm sewer is tentatively planned to be installed Friday August 22 to Wednesday, August 27, weather depending.
