Project Updates

June 1, 2026

The final stages of the Creamery Avenue Improvements project are about to begin. The project included replacing sanitary sewer mains and services, replacing water mains and services, replacing the storm sewer system, and reconstructing the streets.

Paving: On Monday, June 1, the contractor will begin by milling the edges of the newly paved roads and preparing them to have the top layer of pavement installed. This may take a day or two. Paving operations are expected to start on Wednesday, June 3 and continue until they are finished, likely 2 to 3 days. Weather may affect this schedule.

Please remove your vehicles from the street and park on adjacent street by noon on Tuesday, June 2 so construction can proceed smoothly. You will be able to drive on the new pavement as soon as the contractor has finished in each area.

Turf: The turf establishment has been proceeding, and fertilizer was applied last week. It has been a dry spring, so some areas are not coming in as good as others. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to any of us.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation through the process of completing the street and utility improvements in your neighborhood.
