Take our Business Questionnaire
Help us minimize disruptions to your business operations during construction by filling out our business questionnaire! By providing detailed information about your business, you enable us to tailor our approach, ensuring that we address your specific needs and concerns. This proactive step allows us to plan and execute construction work in a way that minimizes impact on your daily activities, so you can continue to focus on what matters most—serving your customers.
Preparing for construction
Construction of Phase 2 is anticipated to begin in late April and continue through the fall. The project team’s top priority is ensuring that all impacted businesses are aware of the project and kept informed throughout construction. 11×17 posters were distributed to businesses with information about the upcoming construction including a parking/access map; download the map to print additional copies.
Now’s a great time to start thinking about how you’ll keep people informed about accessing your business as the project is constructed. If you don’t already have social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), consider doing this for your business. You may also want to consider temporary signs/banners to promote that your business is open during construction.
Stay informed during construction
During construction, the project team will hold weekly “office hours” during which business owners can drop by to discuss any construction questions or concerns with the project team. These timing and location of these meetings is yet to be determined and will be shared when available.
Additionally, weekly construction updates will be posted to the website and sent out to subscribers via email and text. These updates will be useful for planning ahead to keep your employees, customers, and suppliers informed about access to your business. Subscribe now to ensure you receive the most up-to-date information throughout construction.
