Phase 3 Assessment Reminder
The last day to prepay assessments for Phase 3 (shown in green in the below map) without having to pay any interest is on Nov. 19, 2025. If property owners do not make any prepayments, the assessed amount will automatically be included on 2026 property tax statements through Carver County.
Oct. 3, 2025
Completed work
- Finished remaining small concrete areas in the alley between Olive Street and Elm Street.
Upcoming work
- Finish preparing the gravel road base and pave the first layer of pavement in the alley between Olive Street and Elm Street.
- Due to high temperatures, sod placement has been delayed to the week of Oct. 6.
- Property owners will receive care instructions for the new sod at the time of installation.
- Continue miscellaneous restoration work throughout the project area. This work will continue over the next several weeks.
