Q: How long will this project take?
A: The project began late May and is scheduled to be completed by Late July. This schedule is weather dependent.

Q: What work will be done?
A:

• Site grading
• Installation of City Utilities (Sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer)
• Road base construction
• Curb and Gutter installation
• Asphalt paving
• Installation of small/private utilities (gas, power, cable, etc.)
• Sidewalk construction

Q: When will the contractor be working?
A: City working hours are 7 AM to 7 PM M-F and 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturday as necessary
