Project Informational Open House
An open house meeting has been scheduled for the project to discuss the proposed improvements. The meeting will be open house format, so residents can come and go anytime during the meeting. A pre-recorded presentation with information on the project will be playing on a TV at the meeting. The recorded presentation is also available at the link below.

190th Street Improvements
Background
The City plans to reconstruction 190th Street from CR 9 to Beaumont Avenue in 2025. The existing pavement is in very poor condition and is in need of improvement. The road is planned to be upgraded to an urban section to prepare for future development in the area. The existing corridor is a 2-lane rural section (no curb and gutter or storm sewer). Curb and gutter, and storm sewer will be added to the corridor and will be expanded to include turn lanes for future development. The project is currently planned to be constructed in 2025 in coordination with the upcoming 2025-2027 US 169 and TH 282 interchange, including the proposed single-lane roundabout to be constructed in 2025 at the CR 9 / 190th Street / Valley View Drive intersection.
