Project Summary

• This project involves constructing an overpass of US 169 at Bluff Drive (By the Yard access road). Access to 169 will not be maintained at Bluff Drive. Instead, access onto 169 will be accomplished at 166th Street (Herman’s Landscaping access road) which is about ¼ mile south of Bluff Drive, where acceleration/deceleration lanes will be built. This access configuration is similar to that constructed at CR 14 (Sever’s Corn Maze, MN Valley Landscape) a couple of years ago.
• Construction is currently slated to start in the spring of 2023.
• This project is led by Scott County / Sand Creek Township.
