2018 Road Resurfacing

Project Summary:
The project involves the resurfacing of the streets within the River Ridge and Bridle Creek neighborhoods, spot concrete curb and gutter replacement, spot concrete sidewalk replacement, and concrete pedestrian ramp construction. A map of the project area is shown below. The project is expected to begin in Early/Mid July and be finished by Late August or Early September.

Construction Updates
7/6/18
Construction will begin the week of July 9 in the River Ridge neighborhood. The contractor will start with the removal and replacement of deficient concrete curb and gutter throughout the neighborhood. This curb and gutter will be marked with pink paint. Once the concrete is poured, no vehicle traffic will be allowed on the concrete until it has cured (hardened). This typically takes 5-7 days. Please refrain from driving or parking on the new concrete curb and gutter.
7/19/18
- Milling of the existing pavement will begin on 7/20/18 in the River Ridge neighborhood
- Spot concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk work will begin in the Bridle Creek neighborhood on 7/23/18. This will include all of the curb and gutter and sidewalk that is marked with pink paint.

A: City working hours are 7 AM to 7 PM M-F and 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturday as necessary
