Project Overview

The City of Prior Lake is planning to do a road and utility improvement project in the Northwood Road area, including several side streets, with construction beginning in 2026. Work will include a full replacement of all public utilities and a full reconstruction of the roadway, including curb and gutter for some streets; and other streets will include a rehabilitation of the roadway, including spot curb and gutter replacement and spot public utility repairs.

Assessment Information

Properties assessed for Phase 1 of the project were mailed letters with the adopted assessment amounts and payment information in March of 2026. The Phase 1 assessment map and roll are shown below, which identifies the assessment for each eligible property adjacent to the project area.
